Mr. S. Rajendran commenced his career with a stint in Canara Bank in 1983. After becoming a Cost Accountant in 1986, he worked as a finance professional in SAIL and Tamil Nadu Telecommunications Ltd. Qualified as Company Secretary in 1991, he served in several senior management positions of Finance, Costing & Secretarial responsibilities in Pondicherry Papers Ltd., Wheels India Ltd. and rose to become the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of Pioneer Wincon Private Ltd. He has a wide corporate exposure of more than 30 years.

He started his professional practice as a Company Secretary in 2014. He is a faculty in ICMAI and ICSI and has addressed members and students and other professional bodies on various topics like Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Statements, Companies Act 2013, Capital Restructuring, etc. He is also an Associate Member of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and holds Post-membership diploma in Corporate Governance from ICSI.

He has handled several training assignments for Daimler India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, etc. on various topics of relevance.

Founder-Director of Create & Grow Research Foundation (CGRF) a Sec. 8 Company focussing on dissemination of knowledge and updates in Companies Act, IBC, Banking and other Corporate Laws and Editor of "CGRF SandBox" a monthly Newsletter well received by banking and corporate professionals for last 5 years.

Ex-DGM of Indian Overseas Bank

Mr. S. Nandakumaran has a rich experience of 35 years in banking having been posted in different places including Mumbai and Chennai.

When posted at Regional Office, Mumbai during 2000 - 2004, he handled sanctions of Trade Credit Advances coupled with related Compliances, Monitoring and Follow up of Big Ticket Advances. He served as Branch Head in Retail, Semi Urban, Urban and Metropolitan branches across the country.

Worked as Branch Head of Pondy Bazzar - T. Nagar, Chennai Branch (Metro) during 2013 - 2016 the branch having the business mix of Rs.700 crores. Also worked as Branch Head Mylapore Luz Branch for a period of one and half years. He was promoted as Assistant General Manager and posted to Mumbai. Headed Fort Branch which was Exceptionally Large Corporate Branch during which time he handled Large Corporates going through IBC process.

Served as DGM - Company Secretary - Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of IOB, a Listed Public Sector Undertaking comprising 5.20 lakhs of Shareholders holding about 1890 crores of Equity Shares, listed in both BSE and NSE. He superannuated as Deputy General Manager in May 2023.

Being a Company Secretary and a versatile banker, he had clear focus on prudential norms as well as Corporate Compliances. He was able to command the respect of the Top Management (TM) and the Board of Directors with his meticulous work and up-to-date knowledge on all compliances.
